Dharmesh has been brilliant from start to finish, he advised us on many aspects of our new house which needs renovation. He has installed a new boiler and radiators throughout our home. I contacted Dharmesh, Premier Plumbers on a Monday afternoon about a broken pipe from our bathroom sink. He responded promptly and offered to come the next morning. He kept me up to date with when he expected to arrive which was really helpful and refreshing. Dharmesh did a great job fixing the pipe, was professional throughout and gave us some advice about what to possibly expect when we redo our bathroom in the future. Price was really reasonable and I can’t remember the last time I had such a smooth experience with a plumber. I would definitely recommend Premier Plumbers and will be using them again in the future.

We recently had some plumbing work done and were really impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication was great right from the get go, clear, prompt, and professional. Leicester Plumbers kept us in the loop throughout and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

What really stood out was the helpful suggestions he made along the way. There were a couple of things we hadn’t even considered, and his advice ended up saving us time and hassle down the line.

Once everything was agreed, he just got on with it no fuss, no delays.
The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, and the time scales were as promised.

All in all, a really positive experience. Friendly, reliable, and clearly knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend and I’d happily use him again in the future for any gas or plumbing issues.
